      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process unit vacancy promotions according to established criteria and standards
      - Coordinate with State points of contact to resolve eTracker issues and track actions taken
      - Conduct quality assurance for Officer and Warrant Officer Promotion packets, ensuring accuracy on approximately 500 packets weekly
      - Process special orders for promotion actions, acknowledging receipt within two business days
      - Provide timely email and telephonic responses for promotion actions and inquiries from various states and territories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
      - Typically requires 3-5 years of directly related experience
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Proficient in using eTracker systems and related software
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with government or military promotion processes
      - Familiarity with AR 135-175, NGR 600-100, and NGR 600-101 standards
      - Previous experience in a remote work setting
      - Knowledge of quality assurance processes
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
