What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist First Nations in developing financial management practices
- Support the implementation of administrative governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure practices are effective and beneficial

- Participate in reconciliation initiatives that aim to strengthen community governance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in financial management or governance
- Strong understanding of administrative practices and frameworks

- Commitment to supporting First Nations and promoting reconciliation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations
- Knowledge of the unique financial challenges faced by First Nations
- Familiarity with governance frameworks in a financial context
