      Your role

      Do you have strong analytical and organizational skills? Are you interested in real estate and sustainability topics? Do you want to assist us in ensuring data quality and reporting?


      We’re looking for a data and reporting specialist to support the team in their daily tasks such as:

      • collect data, maintain data bases and perform quality controls
      • support sustainability monitoring
      • data analysis and visualization for annual reports and presentations
      • oversee the creation of comprehensive Request for Proposals (RfPs) by integrating and updating essential product and organizational data
      • conduct quarterly data quality monitoring on external platforms to ensure the integrity and transparency of essential fund documents
      • administration of the annual fund valuation processes including coordination of schedules, data collection and validation

      Your team

      You’ll be working in the fund operations team in Wroclaw. As a data and reporting specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting the business management and operations team.

      Your expertise

      • ideally some years of experience working in a similar role with a background in real estate
      • bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field / or similar education
      • proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and associated packages
      • comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
      • adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
      • excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • fluent in German and English
