      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead data analysis projects from conception to completion, ensuring data integrity and quality
      - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings
      - Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data collection and storage processes
      - Identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure business performance
      - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-6 years of work experience as a data analyst, data scientist, BI analyst, data engineer, or related profession
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
      - Intermediate level in SQL, data profiling, data manipulation techniques, and database querying
      - Proven project experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and/or SAP Business Objects (BO)
      - Certification in Databricks and/or Power BI
      - Experience in Cloud Data Platforms such as Databricks
      - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
      - Experience in the Hi-Tech and/or Semiconductor or manufacturing industry
