What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the solution and integration architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Lead end-to-end solution design for data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation
- Architect Data Cloud implementations ensuring data quality and compliance
- Provide architectural guidance for Marketing Cloud capabilities and audience targeting
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts and enforce Salesforce governance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years implementing Salesforce-based solutions in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years designing Salesforce solutions with a focus on Data Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on experience with data integrations, APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governance concepts
- Proven ability to design complex and scalable Salesforce architectures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Experience with real-time personalization and omni-channel marketing use cases
