What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support database administration and ensure data integrity and platform optimization for fundraising efforts
- Conduct research and data entry for donor prospecting and new funding opportunities
- Create and analyze lists of prospects to identify potential major gifts, grants, and corporate funding
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the impact of fundraising activities
- Assist with donor engagement and stewardship efforts to enhance fundraising success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry, gift processing, or database administration in a nonprofit or higher education setting
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to support CRM administration
- Proficiency in fundamental math and data analysis for accurate reporting
- Strong desire to impact and change lives for the better through mission-driven work
