What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned data projects and perform data entry with accuracy
- Participate in implementation planning calls, addressing data-related questions
- Coordinate data entry projects, ensuring timely completion and communication with clients
- Conduct monthly follow-up calls with customers post-project initiation
- Generate data upload scripts and ensure adherence to quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of data entry experience
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting to large and small groups
