- Deploying and upholding efficient Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to facilitate data movement and transformation for the Data Warehouse.
- Guaranteeing data quality and consistency by implementing data validation regulations and data cleansing procedures.
- Enhancing data processing performance and scalability, while considering data volume and update frequency.
- Conducting data profiling and analysis to pinpoint data quality concerns, anomalies, and discrepancies.
- Maintaining documentation related to data infrastructure, ETL processes, and data flows.
- Collaborating closely with the Data Manager and other stakeholders to comprehend data requirements and provide data solutions aligned with business needs.
- Identifying and resolving data-related challenges, encompassing performance bottlenecks, data loading issues, and data quality concerns.
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data management, data integration, and data warehousing.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a Data Developer role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases like Oracle or MS SQL Server.
- A solid grasp of data management principles, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse architecture.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The capability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
