What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new solar, substation, and battery assets into the FIIX maintenance system
- Develop dashboards for tracking key performance indicators such as response times and aging reports of work orders
- Administer user access within the FIIX system, adding and removing users as necessary
- Manage enhancement requests from users in collaboration with the FIIX Administrator
- Escalate support issues with the vendor as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree in Data Entry or related field
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Power BI and developing technical requirements
- Understanding of Electrical One Line Diagrams and Engineering Diagrams for Solar
- Attention to detail and a task-driven approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using the FIIX maintenance system
- Previous experience in the solar industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Ability to develop technical requirements effectively
