What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from various sources
- Scan through information to identify and capture relevant details
- Convert documents from pdf to Excel format
- Correct errors and organize information for accurate capturing
- Create accurate Excel spreadsheets
- Enter and update information in databases
- Ensure data is backed up
- Inform relevant parties of any errors encountered
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
- Good command of English
- Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods and work accurately at a reasonable speed
- Proficient touch typing skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and workflows
