      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Input and update the organization's Truck Rental account information and rates into the computer system
      - Ensure compliance by reviewing all account information and maintaining Certificates of Insurance (COI) for commercial customers
      - Field inquiries from dealers and insured parties regarding coverages and rate approvals via phone and email
      - Track and maintain signed contracts and COI documents according to company procedures
      - Run daily and bi-monthly insurance expiration letters to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Strong computer skills, including data entry and keyboard proficiency
      - Experience in database maintenance preferred
      - Strong detail orientation and good time management skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical skills
      - Ability to understand how database maintenance interacts with system processes
      - Experience in a fast-paced work environment
