- Assist in developing and refining data entry procedures as needed.
- Accurately enter data from a variety of sources, including complex assignments requiring data selection, coding, and interpretation.
- Review and verify completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures and instructions.
- Maintain quality control standards for all completed tasks.
- Support production goals and ensure work is completed according to schedules and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support on formatting, procedures, codes, and system operations.
- Train new data entry operators on company procedures and equipment usage.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and production metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of data entry systems, computer operations, and related procedures.
- Experience as a data entry operator performing routine, repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures with minimal errors.
- Comfortable escalating issues related to erroneous data, codes, or missing information to a supervisor.
- Successful completion of a data entry course involving use of a computer terminal, with demonstrated high-speed, accurate typing skills.
