What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced data entry duties across multiple systems
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Provide guidance to staff based on experience and knowledge of data entry tasks
- Prioritize work through coding and sorting of data entries
- Generate reports and ensure accuracy through visual inspection and error correction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
- Ability to input 10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Good mathematical ability and item processing skills
- Experience with data entry systems; familiarity with Access preferred
- Proficient in using a 10 key adding machine for data entry tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data entry or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with creating simple standard operating procedures for data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with generating reports and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to make mechanical adjustments and changes to data entry control features
