- Accurately enter and process data from various sources
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through review and validation
- Follow job-specific instructions, layouts, and formats
- Use 10-key and alpha-numeric entry efficiently
- Maintain secure and confidential records
- Meet daily production goals and schedules
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- 1+ year of data entry or clerical experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow directions and maintain focus
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with systems
- High school diploma or work permit (if under 18)
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
