What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter, update, and verify Patient Referral Data into various systems
- Review and verify data entered into the database for accuracy
- Process all faxes in a timely manner
- Confirm correct procedures on medical scripts and referral documentation
- Communicate effectively with Center employees for additional information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service/data entry, healthcare preferred
- Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry - 9,000+ KSPH
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing education in the healthcare field
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
