      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, validate, and transmit data files to Medicare via approved CMS portals and methods
      - Monitor inbound files from Medicare, ensuring timely retrieval and processing
      - Ensure compliance with CMS formatting, transmission standards, and submission schedules
      - Collaborate with compliance, IT, and program teams to coordinate updates to file formats and processing logic
      - Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to workflow improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Health Care Administration, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare data processing, preferably with exposure to Medicare or other CMS programs
      - Proficiency with data handling tools (e.g., Excel, flat files, SFTP)
      - Strong understanding of file formats (X12, CSV, XML, etc.) and basic data validation techniques
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience working with eMR and/or Care Coordination software
      - Strong technical skills and experience with EHRs
      - Demonstrated compatibility with the employer's purpose, focus, and values
