What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Log into various county court websites daily to search for new filings, including probate, pre-foreclosure, eviction, and divorce
- Extract key details from each filing, such as names, addresses, and filing dates
- Accurately enter data into a designated data sheet while avoiding duplicates
- Organize files by county and date for clarity and easy access
- Provide a brief daily report summarizing progress and any issues encountered
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and organization
- Strong communication skills for providing clear daily reports and updates
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicates
- Consistency and reliability in completing daily data pulls and uploads
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic research and web navigation skills to efficiently locate and extract information from county court websites
