Shift - Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat 8AM-4PM

Overview:
This is a high-speed manual data entry and document validation role supporting the processing of hardcopy and digital documents. Indexing role (Medical experience is a plus)
Must have a typing test attached, 45 wpm or better without errors is optimal & 10-key test with proficiency (10,000 keystrokes/hour minimum)

Job Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Validation:
  • High-speed manual key data entry (15,000 keystrokes per hour)
  • Verification of incoming hardcopy documents
  • Data validation of extracted digital document information
  • Manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
• Document Processing & Quality Control:
  • Document classification validation
  • Redaction validation of digital documents
  • Quality control of documents converted to digital format
• Check Processing & Fiscal Control:
  • Check data validation of incoming checks
  • Check batch total reconciliation
  • Ensure proper payee, valid check date, and signed checks
  • Generate Check Return Letters, if necessary
  • Analyze automatically extracted check amounts (CAR/LAR) and make corrections
  • Research and analyze check distributions, as required by customer
• Accuracy & Productivity Standards:
  • Maintain error-free, high-speed data entry
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the BSS BPO manager
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality
• Other Responsibilities:
  • Adapt to changing situations and remain flexible
  • Perform repetitive work while maintaining quality standards
  • Complete paperwork accurately and legibly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Typing Speed: 45 WPM or better (without errors)

· 10 Key Experience: Must have experience, should be noted on resume

· Data Entry: Must have 10,000 key strokes per hour

· Typing Test: Attached to resume and taken in person

· Selection Process: Manager reviews resumes and selects candidates for onsite interviews
