      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, maintain, and update comprehensive data dictionaries with clear definitions and business rules
      - Validate data definitions with subject matter experts and ensure alignment across programs
      - Develop and implement naming conventions, formatting rules, and coding standards for data consistency
      - Resolve discrepancies in data standards across applications and workflows
      - Design and maintain metadata repositories capturing data lineage, ownership, and usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Database Management, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
      - 3+ years of experience in data governance or data management roles
      - Strong understanding of data dictionaries, data standards, and metadata management frameworks
      - Experience with data governance or metadata tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica)
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
      - Experience working in healthcare, public health, or government data environments
