      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and maintain data governance policies and technologies

      - Develop and communicate data governance policies to stakeholders and provide training
      - Mentor junior Data Governance Analysts and support their professional development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
      - 8+ years of experience in Data Governance/Management
      - 5+ years of SQL experience
      - 5+ years of experience in the healthcare domain
      - Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, data governance tools, and best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
      - Experience with Data Governance technology platforms such as Microsoft Purview or Databricks Unity Catalog
      - Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
      - Experience working with healthcare data
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
