      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support business data stewards and facilitate collaboration on data improvements
      - Work independently on projects, making recommendations for process improvements
      - Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and procedures
      - Conduct research and analysis of metadata to support AI efforts
      - Maintain records and documentation required for data governance activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in Data Governance
      - 2-3 years of experience in Data Management
      - Proficiency with modern data cataloging/metadata management tools
      - Strong understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification: CDMP, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or other health information management or data management certification
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
      - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and vendors
