      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
      - Serve as a liaison with business and data/technology teams to apply data standards and processes
      - Monitor and enforce data governance policies and compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Provide support for data governance initiatives, such as data cataloging, data profiling, and data quality monitoring
      - Maintain and update data governance documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata repositories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent
      - Minimum four years of experience in data governance, data management, compliance, or related roles
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex data-related issues
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Knowledge of Mortgage and Privacy Laws
      - Experience with Data Governance tools, such as Informatica
      - Strong project management skills and a proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn new technologies
