What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide onboarding, training, and mentoring to staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership and departmental leaders to promote effective use of Unified Data Architecture resources
- Develop and contribute to projects following PMO process guidelines and ensure tollgates are completed
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, documenting and communicating potential issues to stakeholders
- Monitor and troubleshoot recurring processes including extractions, ETLs, datamarts, and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate's Degree in a technology-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Strong computer literacy and critical thinking skills
- Ability to deliver large group presentations and mentor others
- Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data governance and data management technologies
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data engineering practices
- Previous involvement in budget preparation and variance reporting
- Skills in developing and optimizing data models and metadata layers
- Knowledge of enterprise data management standards and procedures
