What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and manage Data Governance tools and processes
- Design and develop data ingestion, lineage, classification, and search processes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define business terms and metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and develop monitoring rules
- Educate business and technical data users on data governance and stewardship policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in data cataloging, lineage, classification, and reference data management
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of database design and ETL processes
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions and data architecture
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or analytics-related fields
- Experience with Collibra's Data Governance and Data Quality tools
- Certification or training in data governance or related areas (e.g., DMBoK, CDMP)
