- Support Relationship Managers with program/project management tasks
- Create and modify process documentation library
- Coordinate programs/projects with project manager
- Participate in testing process and analyze data for reporting teams
- Work on routine administrative data fixes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training
- 6+ years experience in Data Governance/Analytics and Technical/Operations support
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills considered a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Visio
- Experience in data governance and project management
- Strong understanding of data handling and organization
