      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain risk assessments for internal and customer operations
      - Analyze laws, regulations, and industry practices to identify potential compliance gaps
      - Advise on mitigating risks associated with higher-risk data processing activities
      - Develop and optimize internal policies and procedures related to compliance
      - Prepare guidance and training for business and legal colleagues across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and/or supply chain management
      - 5+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, managed services, or cloud computing industries
      - Strong understanding of international data privacy and cybersecurity laws, including GDPR and US regulations
      - Experience negotiating security, privacy, and data governance terms in commercial agreements
      - Strong written and oral communication, analytic, and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - JD from an accredited law school or equivalent international law degree
      - Certification in privacy, cybersecurity, audit, and/or related fields (e.g., IAPP CIPM, CIPP-US, CISSP)
      - Additional language(s) would be an advantage
