What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing leaders to address complex business questions and provide insightful analysis
- Transform data observations into hypotheses and conduct A/B tests to improve site performance
- Take ownership of metrics related to the functional area supported, from definition to reporting
- Monitor engagement and conversion trends, identifying opportunities and threats
- Develop advanced metrics and visuals by integrating data from various sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a business intelligence analyst and/or data analyst position
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, MySQL) are required
- Proven ability in data analysis, structuring, transforming, and visualization, preferably with Tableau
- Experience in measuring product and marketing initiatives' impact on conversion and revenue
- Ability to work independently with high-level direction and produce quality, accurate work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Domo, PowerBI, or Looker
- Familiarity with Amplitude
- Statistical knowledge and modeling experience
- Strong product development mindset and focus on actionable analytics
- Experience crafting and presenting complex business case studies
