      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to chart correction requests from various stakeholders, educating staff on health record documentation
      - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements related to clinical data and patient identification
      - Research potential medical record duplicates and facilitate merges according to established procedures
      - Investigate reports of mis-identity or identity theft in collaboration with the Privacy Office
      - Develop and execute reports to support systems improvement initiatives and contribute to information quality projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in health information management, clinical or hospital business office, or comparable experience
      - Proficiency in HIM database systems, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and Office software (Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills under pressure
      - Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading and facilitating meetings effectively
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Familiarity with electronic document management systems
