What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for any provider network administration application software or network problems within the Salesforce environment
- Configure software settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all key processes
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrades administrative tools and utilities
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with provider network administration software application

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Information Systems Administration
- Technical skills in business application development and project management
- Knowledge of application analysis and design, data management, and business intelligence/analytics
- Ability to configure and manage computer systems and networks
