      What You'll Be Doing:
      • In this 1099 Contract opportunity, you will be ensuring the effective operation of data protection policies and guidelines across the company.
      • Collaborate with Data Guardians and stakeholders to implement and maintain the Global Privacy Program.
      • Investigate and record data breaches and complaints, utilizing metrics for continuous privacy compliance improvement.
      • Support and perform quality control on departmental Data Maps, maintaining accurate processing inventories.
      • Identify and assess potential privacy risks in personal data processing across business functions.
      • Provide privacy training and advice, assist with global regulatory intelligence, and support contract/vendor privacy reviews.


      What We're Searching For:
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
      • 2+ years of experience in process analysis and documentation within a CRO or healthcare environment.
      • Some prior experience in privacy and data protection preferred, with familiarity in EU Data Protection Legislation (like GDPR) and OneTrust a plus.
      • Strong understanding of information technologies and data security.
      • Excellent communication (written and oral), project management, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.


      Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting hourly rate for this 1099 Contractopportunity is $43/hr. The actual rate will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
