What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, quality check, match, update, and import various gift batches into the CRM database daily
- Update donor records with changes requested and manage various hygiene projects following established guidelines
- Research donor information using the CRM database and additional tools/software as necessary
- Enhance the CRM database by cleansing data to eliminate duplicates and ensure accurate contact records
- Maintain confidentiality and security of donor information and fundraising performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of donation processing or data entry experience
- Minimum of 1 year of data hygiene/data cleansing experience
- Strong investigative, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in data entry within a Windows environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to convey a friendly and cooperative attitude while working well in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data hygiene/data research
- Familiarity with fundraising environments and understanding of donor and giving types
- Understanding of the Catholic Faith and the mission of the employer
