      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, quality check, match, update, and import various gift batches into the CRM database daily
      - Update donor records with requested changes and manage hygiene projects following established guidelines
      - Research donor information within the CRM database and other tools as necessary
      - Enhance the CRM database by cleansing data to remove duplicates and ensure accuracy
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of donor information and payment methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of donation processing or data entry experience
      - At least 1 year of data hygiene/data cleansing experience
      - Familiarity with fundraising CRMs
      - Strong investigative, research, and analytical skills
      - Excellent writing and data entry skills in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data hygiene/data research
      - Familiarity with the fundraising environment and understanding of donor and giving types
      - Demonstrated understanding of the Catholic Faith and the employer's mission
