  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Accurately input, review, and process data from various sources into internal databases, systems, and spreadsheets
  - Verify and validate order information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established protocols
  - Perform routine audits and data integrity checks to maintain consistency across systems
  - Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant internal teams
  - Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
  - 1-3 years of experience in laboratory accessioning or a similar data processing role
  - Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
  - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  - Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of HIPAA regulations are strong advantages
  - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
