What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and optimize the analytics platform for mobile and portal experiences
- Define and govern digital experience metrics, tracking standards, and data quality
- Build and scale the experimentation platform and A/B testing program
- Enable Product Managers and Designers to run experiments and access self-service insights
- Manage the digital experience intelligence roadmap based on decision impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience owning digital experience analytics, experimentation, or data products in product-led organizations
- Deep expertise in product analytics, metrics design, and behavioral data modeling
- Hands-on experience managing Amplitude or similar analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical rigor
- Technical fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and mobile and web tracking

- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated environments
- An experimentation mindset with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to influence across teams
