What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs, trends, and business opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to define reporting needs and identify insights
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of trade data into the internal CRM to support sales credit and compensation processes
- Use SQL to extract, clean, and merge data from disparate systems, including CRM and marketing platforms
- Serve as a data translator between technical systems and business teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function, preferably in financial services or asset management
- Strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau, data modeling, and report publishing
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and automation
- Experience working with CRM systems and understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with trade data or working with custodians/distributors
- Understanding of financial products, portfolio strategies, or ETF ecosystems
