      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Solve complex business problems and support decision-making through data preparation, modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques
      - Participate in strategic projects involving cross-functional teams to support the organization's analytics strategy
      - Develop and utilize algorithms and statistical predictive models to evaluate scenarios and potential outcomes
      - Analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses
      - Present analytics results and solutions to internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, ideally in the healthcare industry
      - Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
      - Proficiency in mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling
      - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Economics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business partners
      - Attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment
      - Master's degree or PhD in a related discipline is preferred
