      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with customers to define requirements and design tailored industrial data solutions.
      - Develop and deploy solutions using PLC programming and edge data acquisition technology.
      - Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving production flows.
      - Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle—from concept to deployment.
      - Support customer teams with training, troubleshooting, and optimization.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
      - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environments.
      - Strong proficiency in Logix programming and related languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
      - Hands-on experience with data acquisition software and protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
      - Familiarity with machine learning or statistical modeling in industrial contexts.
      - Consulting experience in manufacturing or process industries.
