This position is located in Office of Finance and Operations, Office of Human Resources in Washington, DC. Minimum Qualification Requirements
You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-13, if you possess the specialize experience.
Specialized Experience for the GS-13One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-12 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience in providing data analyses, mathematics, statistical analysis, or other scientific concepts.
2. Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, investigate, or resolve issues or problems (ie., data management, reliability, validity or statistical analysis).
3. Experience in communicating effectively to organize and analyze information to senior level officials.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). 1. Ability to apply data visualization and integration services and techniques.
2. Knowledge of data analyses, mathematics, statistical analysis, modeling/simulation, or other scientific concepts.
3. Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices related to data management, data reliability, data validity, and statistical analysis.You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-14, if you possess the specialize experience.
Specialized Experience for the GS-14
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-13 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience in applying data visualization and integration services or techniques (ie., graphs, charts, scorecards, dashboards, or presentations).
2. Experience in engaging, convincing, or effectively advocating with senior executive, management official, or other organizational industry data analytics.
3. Experience in written/oral communications sufficient to organize and analyze information (ie., reports, position papers, briefings or presentations).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). 1. Knowledge of reviewing a broad range of data analyses, mathematics, statistical analysis, modeling/simulation, or other scientific concepts.

3. Knowledge in the variety of concepts, principles, and practices related to data management, data reliability, data validity, and statistical analysis.About the company
