      Job Description

      Here's what you'll do:

      • Deploy/test customer centric data models, analyze marketing tactics performance, and develop relevant customer segments/groups using e-commerce data.
      • Analyze visitor level data of consumer decision journey for various marketing channels and devices; create statistical models to determine most effective channels; lead real time monitoring and post-campaign analysis, optimizations, and strategy recommendations across the full spectrum of digital marketing and media activities.
      • Lead Life Time Value project, in collaboration with Data Analytics, Data Engineering and marketing business owners, to analyze available data and determine historical Life Time Value of a customer based on Marketing Channel, and other variables, and forecast future Life Time Value to help the business appropriately align marketing/financial resources.
      • Collaborate with Marketing to study, identify, and analyze repeat order patterns, build out customer \ segments/profiles, analyze customer journey, determine key transition periods propose/conduct testing, and determine impact to customer Life Time Value and Marketing Tactic CPO.
      • Develop, manage, and maintain Customer Tactic Attribution Models for examination and testing of standard models like “first touch”, “last touch”, “weighted attribution”, “time decay attribution,” etc.to assess each model from an ROI perspective.
      • Conduct forecasting using time series models, survival analysis, segmentation and other advanced modeling methods to drive insights into customer behavior and variables related to increase sales, margin, and average order value with minimized cost-per-order across tactics and programs.

      Requires up to 10% domestic travel. Telecommuting permissible for this position within the U.S.

      Qualifications

      • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science or Statistics
      • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related Data Scientist position
      • Experience must include:
        • Python
        • Statistical Techniques including Time Series Analysis and Bayesian Statistics
        • Data Warehousing and Big Data tools such as SQL
        • Visualization Tools including Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI.

      Rate of Pay: $136,000 - $165,000 per year (+ benefits) This is a full-time (40 hours per week) professional position.
