- Emplo y machine learning algorithms such a s regression, classification, and clustering to conduct thorough analysis of complex datasets, uncovering key trends, patterns, an d anomalies that guide strategic business decisions.
- Continuously develop, refine, and scale predictive models tailored to various business scenarios, such a s trend forecasting, supply chain optimization, and product quality enhancement, adjusting these models a s data an d business need s evolve.
- Implement an d maintain MLOp s practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, an d management of machine learning models in production environments. This includes automating data pipelines, model training, and deployment processes within Databricks, GCP , an d other MLOp s tools to ensure scalability, reproducibility, an d high availability of models.
- Collaborate closely with other business units to develo p analytics that align with strategic objectives, effectively integrating analytical insights into business operations through clear communication an d collaboration.
- Clearl y articulate complex data insights in a n actionable manner to both technical an d non-technical stakeholders, aiding in informed decision-making.
- Sta y updated on emerging trends an d technologies in data science an d analytics, ensuring the organization remains a t the forefront of data-drive n innovation.
- Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to addres s practical business challenges using data-drive n solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments such a s Marketing, Operations , and Customer Servic e to apply data insights to their specific challenges an d goals, translating complex data findings into actionable strategies.
- May be called upon to build proof of concept visualization products to demonstrate features an d gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Bachelor' s or Master's degre e in Dat a Science , Statistics, Computer Science , or a related field.
- A minimum of 3- 5 years of relevan t experienc e in data analysis, predictive modeling, an d data engineering.
- Experienc e in applying machine learning techniques an d using MLflow in a business context is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in developin g an d implementing data-drive n solutions that hav e positively impacted business outcomes.
- Previou s experienc e a s a Machine Learnin g Enginee r is highly desirable.
- Advance d proficiency in data analysis tools an d programming language s such as Python, R (optional), an d SQ L and/or Apache Spar k for data analysis an d machine learning applications.
- Stron g understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, an d data mining.
- Experienc e with end-to-end machine learning model development, deployment, an d monitoring workflows.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, EL T processes, an d data governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data insights, including those derive d from machine learning models.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in team environments and with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing business need s an d evolvin g technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, an d delive r results within se t timelines.
- Goo d to have : Proficiency in Databricks for ML operations, including experience with Delt a Lak e for data reliability an d MLflow for lifecycle management. In-depth knowledge of Googl e Clou d Platform (GCP ) services, especially BigQuery, Dataflow, an d A I Platform for data processing an d machine learning projects.
