What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage processes and systems related to special initiative projects, including product configuration and quality review
- Collaborate with internal product development, operations, and client services to ensure smooth implementation
- Conduct data quality checks and analyze client interface requirements to confirm data integration results
- Document and report issues and risks related to assigned tasks using project management tools
- Facilitate discussions to manage data intake and ensure all client data requirements are confirmed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience working with client data and client interfaces
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on complex problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with project management software
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with the employer's core values and operations disciplines
