Job Description
- Req#: 25-195619
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling data visualizations.
- Write efficient queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources.
- Implement and manage Medallion architecture, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold tables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data visualizations that meet business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all visualizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Visualization Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and transforming/manipulating data sets.
- Strong understanding of Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold tables).
- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources and creating meaningful visualizations.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) - Note: Must be more advanced than rudimentary Power BI user; no spreadsheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
