What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Oracle PL/SQL applications, including creating packages, stored procedures, and functions
- Collaborate with the Manager/IT Lead to understand requirements and provide daily status updates
- Optimize code and perform unit and system testing of Oracle PL/SQL applications
- Monitor batch processes and resolve job failures promptly to meet established SLAs
- Maintain all database object scripts/source code using SVN and follow versioning standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant discipline
- 15 years of experience in software development
- 10 years of strong development experience using Oracle PL/SQL and related features
- 10 years of experience in Oracle 12c or 19c
- 5 years of experience in a Data Warehouse environment
