      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain the organization's databases, ensuring data integrity and availability
      - Monitor database performance and perform routine backups
      - Assist with the implementation of security measures for database protection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a similar or related role
      - Working familiarity with popular database management systems (DBMS) such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MySQL
      - Basic understanding of SQL for data manipulation and retrieval
      - Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One or more current, industry-standard certifications (e.g., CompTIA DataSys+, Microsoft Azure Database Administrator)
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
