What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data and build dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports using Power BI, SSRS, or other BI tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Respond to data retrieval requests and escalate database issues or complex reporting needs to the manager or an outside vendor as necessary
- Help build and maintain data pipelines for SQL Server and/or Snowflake data lake
- Measure and audit data for quality issues, developing protocols to assess database results and resolve problem areas
- Assist in creating and delivering end-user training and documentation and contribute expertise to operations and technical support teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in clearly communicating technical concepts to internal and external non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Snowflake data lakes and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases along with T-SQL coding
- Exceptional knowledge of database design and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and audit validations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Virtuous CRM; experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is a plus
- Experience with CaseWorthy case management software is a plus
- Experience with process improvement using software solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing complex, comprehensive information
