      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor physical building and server rooms, ensuring optimal conditions for equipment
      - Evaluate and report on data center environmental systems
      - Manage inventory, including labeling and securing network cables
      - Install cables and perform power cycling as needed
      - Complete assigned service desk tickets and report on equipment issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of IT experience
      - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server OS
      - General knowledge of TCP/IP networking
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work with urgency and professionalism on multiple concurrent projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in datacenter environments
      - Familiarity with monitoring BAS systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical issues
