      Job Description

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Lead all DC Inbound & Outbound departments to maximize the operational. excellence, quality, efficiency and productivity for Inbound & Outbound ops, VAS, returns and moves

      • Manage and ensure an efficient planning and optimization of the flow of garment across all Inbound & Outbound departments from unloading to shipping.

      • Manage the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning & budget follow up and by using cost saving initiatives

      • Leads the department teams to ensure logistic capacity needs in alignment with DC Mgr., where needed (based on forecast of regional flows & quantities; DC Manager to align with Regional Logistics Sales & Ops, if needed)

      • Support Inbound & Outbound Departments to resolve issues, and ensure close alignment with Controlling and Import/ Export, where relevant

      • Lead and support the Team Leaders.to recruit, develop and retain workforce for Inbound & Outbound according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements .

      COMPETENCIES:

      • Strong in communicating and adapting method based on circumstance

      • Strong operational Inbound & Outbound logistics expertise to effectively manage and develop the DC Inbound & Outbound operations

      • Deep understanding of end-to-end DC processes & garment flow

      • Solid knowledge in regional and global operational logistics standards, as well as sustainability targets

      • Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach

      • Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others

      • Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth

      Qualifications

      MINIMUM CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s Degree with a business, industrial engineering or logistics concentration or equivalent work experience

      • 4+ years of logistics operations experience

      • 4+ years management experience

      ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

      • Proven experience working with the objectives, methods and practices within a distribution environment and results-oriented

      • Ability to develop, communicate and follow through on strategic decisions

      • Negotiation skills and budgetary responsibility

      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to company specific systems

      Compensation: wage range is $98,957 - $111,326 annual**
