What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve customer contracts based on internal guidelines
- Validate contract documents against Salesforce account and opportunity information
- Ensure all deal approval requirements are met
- Collaborate with the Partners & Alliances team on deal structuring and sales orders
- Identify potential risks in deal proposals and suggest mitigating strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, contract management, or related sales support
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with sales quoting tools (CPQ)
- Knowledge of legal and commercial contract terms used in a SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with remote teams and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with G Suite and revenue operations processes
- Previous experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering
