American Honda Finance Corporation is currently seeking a Dealer Service Analyst to work in our regional office. The purpose of the position is to protect the assets (inventory & all types of finance income) of the assigned to Regional Office. To maintain a high level of customer service to the dealer network and third party vendors via phone, fax & email communications. Comply with all established corporate policies, procedures & guidelines.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

· Delinquency/Collections Management

· Dealer Audit Reconciliation

· Dealer Customer Service

· Adherers to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent

· Customer and/or dealer service experience

· Prior experience within a financial institution desirable

· Computer proficient (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)

· Analytical and interpersonal skills required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Total Rewards:

• Competitive Base Salary: $41,000 to $64,400

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
