      • Location: remote role but must be located near a major airport
      • Dependent on candidate qualifications, this role may be filled at either a 3G or 3F level.

      Join a high-impact team that partners directly with franchised dealerships to drive fixed operations profitability and elevate customer experience. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted subject matter expert for Ally’s Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance programs while delivering foundational training, coaching sales effectiveness, and optimizing service and parts processes. You’ll conduct needs assessments, build tailored solutions, and collaborate across matrix teams to advance acquisition and retention goals—tracking progress, presenting insights, and executing operational initiatives with measurable results. This field-based position empowers a self-starter to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence change, and make a visible impact across dealership networks.

      The Work Itself

      • Serve as a subject matter expert for Ally’s Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance programs
      • Deliver foundational training to service personnel to ensure exceptional customer experiences
      • Coach dealership teams on sales effectiveness and process optimization.
      • Implement, support, and track progress of Fixed Operations Consulting programs
      • Conduct dealer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
      • Collaborate with matrix partners to advance acquisition and retention goals
      • Execute various operational assignments as directed by leadership
      • Present fixed operations content to internal and external stakeholders
      • Utilize your automotive fixed operations expertise to assist dealers in profitability goals
      • Partner with dealership teams to deliver training and innovative solutions
      • Consult on customer experience, sales skills and process development
      • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      • Support Ally’s acquisition and retention initiatives

      The Skills You Bring

      • High school diploma / GED required
      • Proven experience in franchised dealership Fixed Operations preferred
      • Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing dealership operating statements preferred
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      • Adept at uncovering customer needs and delivering solutions
      • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
      • Strong relationship-building skills
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
      • Knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures preferred
      • Understanding of fixed operations KPIs preferred
      • Automotive technical knowledge required
      • Familiarity with dealer management systems preferred
      • Willingness to travel up to 75%

      Base Pay Range : $85000 - $150000 USD
      An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
      Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
